Attion Consulting was founded to support financial services firms operating where growth, competition, and regulation converge.

Our work spans traditional banking and investment advisers because the underlying challenge is the same: translating vision into operating decisions that hold up under scrutiny. We help leadership teams make progress in fast-moving environments without losing control of governance, risk, or credibility.

That perspective comes from years inside complex institutions that combined banking, securities, and emerging technology under one roof. Today, we bring that experience to banks, RIAs, and private funds navigating expansion, transformation, or regulatory change.

Alyson Stone brings over 20 years of experience across banking, investment advisers, and strategic consulting. As one of the first employees at Signature Bank, she helped scale the firm from startup to $47 billion in assets while working closely with its bank, blockchain, broker-dealer, and RIA platforms. Her career spans strategy, regulatory affairs, operations, and governance, giving her a practical understanding of how growth decisions intersect with regulation and risk management.

In 2018, Alyson founded Attion Consulting to bring an integrated, operator-level perspective to firms navigating regulated growth.. She is also a long-time advocate for the arts and public education.

Named by Banking New York magazine as a 2020 Woman in Banking, Alyson holds a MBA from the University of Notre Dame (Mendoza), a JD from Fordham University School of Law, and a BS in Finance from La Salle University.
