Attion Consulting was born out of a vision to bridge the gap between strategic planning and practical execution in the financial services industry. Founded by Alyson L. Stone, Attion Consulting was established with the mission to provide innovative, client-centric solutions that drive growth, efficiency, and long-term success.

Alyson's journey began at a de novo bank, which grew exponentially after its launch. During her tenure, she witnessed firsthand the evolving challenges and opportunities within the financial services sector. From navigating complex regulatory landscapes to driving operational excellence, Alyson's experiences shaped her understanding of what organizations needed to thrive in a competitive market.

Recognizing a recurring gap between strategic aspirations and on-the-ground realities, as well as the challenges of sharing knowledge across an increasingly-specialized workforce, Alyson envisioned a consulting firm that would not only offer strategic advice but also ensure its seamless implementation. This vision led to the creation of Attion Consulting, a firm dedicated to "connecting the dots in an evolving financial services ecosystem."
